FFT Visualizer

Inspired by the early-computer-graphic WinAmp and iTunes Classic visualizers of the 2000s, I created this audio-reactive system to create visual art from audio signals. The system uses FFT analysis to represent incoming frequencies at different points on a virtual line, which is modulated and processed to create a perpetually changing video stream.

Wind Chime Simulator

When creating the Wind Chime Simulator, I sought to build a musical instrument played by an arrhythmic, irregular source. I was inspired to mimic the perpetual and unpredictable nature of wind using digital signals, and to use this as the engine of a generative music system.
